OUR EXPERTISE

Planning

Th first phase of the product development process is planing. This includes a thorough examination of the product concept, a deep study of the market, and a layout of development goals. We consider both qualitative and quantitative market research for every new product and utilize focus groups to tweak the product before testing.

Developing

Our preferred development strategy is to design and test a prototype of the product, then share it with a handful of good customers and key partners. Ask them to try it out and provide feedback. Then the marketing team uses that feedback to craft marketing messages and develop marketing campaign ideas, such as email campaigns, websites, billboards or posters. We base the marketing messages on the most common positive comments or reactions from customers and partners during the prototype evaluation.

Delivering

Delivery is not the end of the development process. It is the beginning of a product life cycle. This life cycle includes introduction, growth, maturity and declination. If a company wants to ensure that its products are successful in needs to have a plan to take advantage of each stage of the life cycle of its product.
